LinkedInSamantha Silvers serves as Chief Operations Officer for Do It Right Screening, where she oversees company operations, client experience, process improvement initiatives, technology implementation, and strategic growth efforts across the organization.
Prior to joining Do It Right Screening, Samantha built an impressive career supporting some of the most recognized organizations in professional sports and entertainment — including the Philadelphia Phillies, MLB, NFL, NHL, and MLS. She also served as Social Media Manager for Sesame Place, part of United Parks & Entertainment.
Samantha joined Do It Right Screening in 2022 as Director of Marketing and Operations. In recognition of her contributions and leadership, she was promoted to Chief Operations Officer in June 2026.

Scott Galing is the President of Do It Right Screening, a national provider of employment background screening, drug and alcohol testing, occupational health solutions, and DOT compliance services. With more than three decades of experience, Scott has built a reputation for delivering practical solutions that protect businesses while supporting growth.
Scott founded Do It Right Screening with a simple philosophy: employers deserve a responsive partner that understands compliance, values customer service, and provides solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.
In addition to leading Do It Right Screening, Scott serves as Chief Executive Officer of Executive Improvement Group, a business consulting and HR advisory firm — allowing him to help clients view workforce screening and compliance as strategic business tools, not just administrative requirements.
