Your Rights Under the FCRA

Dispute Inaccurate Information
If your report contains incorrect information, you have the right to dispute it and we must investigate within 30 days.
Request a Copy of Your Report
You may request a copy of any consumer report we have prepared about you.
Reinvestigation
If you believe our investigation was insufficient, you may request a reinvestigation.
Add a Personal Statement
You may add a brief statement to your file if you dispute the completeness or accuracy of information.
